Job Summary
We are an established finance consultancy firm seeking a driven Sales Associate to generate leads, support client acquisition, assist Relationship Managers, and maintain customer records to help close sales and grow our client base.
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads using phone, WhatsApp, and social media to engage prospective customers
Assist in acquiring customers through organizing and participating in events and online outreach activities
Support Relationship Managers by helping manage client accounts and ensuring smooth communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions for effective tracking and follow-up
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred but not required; fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers to build rapport and trust
Self-motivated and target-driven to meet sales goals and contribute to team success
Other Information
Salary: $2,400 – $2,800
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Benefits include structured training with no prior finance knowledge required, commission and performance incentives, and a clear career progression path towards a Relationship Manager role
