岗位职责
Manage daily operations, scheduling, attendance, and on-site deployment of stage performers.
Coordinate show programming, rehearsals, stage flow, and quality control of performances.
Handle recruitment, auditions, training, and daily communication with performers.
Liaise with stage, lighting, sound, DJ, hosting, security, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor performers' professional image, etiquette, stage presence, and code of conduct.
Handle on-site emergencies to ensure staff safety, order, and guest experience.
Manage contracts, performance agreements, payroll settlement, and personnel archives.
Collaborate with the company on marketing campaigns, themed events, and special holiday shows.
Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s laws, venue regulations, and company policies.
