岗位职责

Job Responsibility

Design, program, and commission PLC control systems for semiconductor equipment.
Develop the equipment's communication interface to the customer's host / factory-automation system (based on customer specifications).
Implement equipment safety circuits and interlocks (EMO, safety relays, light curtains) as independent hardwired logic.
Design electrical schematics, panel layouts, and I/O lists; select control components.
Integrate and coordinate with robots, motion axes, sensors, and servo drives.
Build and run a control test bench to validate logic before shipment.
Support on-site debugging and customer acceptance testing (SAT).

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
Proven hands-on experience programming industrial PLCs.
Solid understanding of ladder logic, PLC I/O, and digital/analog signal handling.
Ability to read and design electrical schematics.
Working proficiency in English (technical documentation and customer communication).
Working proficiency in Mandarin is required (technical documentation and customer communication).
Willing to travel and work on-site at customer locations for integration and acceptance.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

Experience with industrial fieldbus networks (CC-Link IE, EtherCAT, PROFINET, or similar).
Experience with semiconductor equipment or components, or other SEMI-standard / cleanroom equipment.
Experience with servo motion control and robot integration.
Experience with HMI development.
Familiarity with SEMI safety standards (S2 / S8 / F47).
Understanding of factory-automation / host-communication concepts.
Mandarin proficiency (advantage for coordinating with the engineering team and technical documents).
