Sales Specialist (Inside Sales)

We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join our Sales team. This role plays a key part in preparing quotations, managing customer relationships, and supporting overall sales activities. This role focuses on understanding customer requirements, promoting the company’s products and services, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective logistics solutions that drive revenue growth.

COLLABORATE: your responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to support sales initiatives

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships and customer retention

• Promote company products and services in alignment with customer needs and business objectives

• Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms in accordance with company policies and guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, customer service, operations, etc.) and provide SOPs and shipping instructions to ensure smooth service delivery

• Monitor customer feedback and proactively address service issues or improvement opportunities

• Achieve individual KRA and performance targets

• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and business development activities

  
  

CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related discipline (preferred)

• 2-4 years of experience in freight forwarding, sales, or a customer-facing role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with solid problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, including under pressure

• Attention to detail with a structured and well-organized working style

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
