We are looking for a proactive and motivated Project Management Executive to support the implementation and coordination of digital healthcare solutions across hospitals and healthcare providers in Malaysia.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with hospital stakeholders, clients, and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and support the implementation of digital healthcare solutions at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
2. Liaise with hospital stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Monitor project timelines, implementation progress, operational issues, and deliverables.
4. Assist with software deployment, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
5. Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
6. Identify and troubleshoot basic operational or system-related issues, escalating technical matters to the relevant teams when necessary.
7. Support client engagement, project discussions, and business development activities when required.
8. Prepare project documentation, progress reports, user guides, and implementation updates.

Requirement's

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
2. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
3. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently or as part of a team.
5. Comfortable communicating with clients, conducting presentations, and providing user training.
6. Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, or troubleshooting is an added advantage.
7. Experience in project coordination, operations, client servicing, or software implementation will be an advantage.
8. Willing to travel to hospitals and client sites across Malaysia when required.
