岗位职责
1. Supervise daily food production activities and ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
2. Assign work tasks, arrange staff duties and monitor employees' work performance.
3. Monitor food preparation, processing, packaging and storage activities to ensure compliance with established procedures.
4. Ensure employees follow food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and sanitation requirements.
5. Conduct routine checks on product quality, production output and workplace cleanliness.
6. Monitor raw material usage, stock levels and production wastage, and report discrepancies when necessary.
7. Coordinate with management and relevant departments to resolve operational issues and minimize production delays.
8. Maintain daily production reports, staff attendance records and other operational documents.
9. Train employees on work procedures, hygiene practices and operational standards.
10. Report production issues, equipment problems and staff-related matters to management.
We are a licensed employment agency specializing in foreign manpower recruitment. We are MOM-Licensed, and we have a Comprehensive Licence (non-FDW) allowing us to place Local Workers or Foreign Workers.
