Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily truck assignments to ensure efficient transport operations.
Coordinate closely with drivers, customers, ports, and depots to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely completion of transport assignments.
Prepare and manage job orders, delivery orders, and other relevant transport documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and assist in resolving operational issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and transport regulations.
Update transport management systems and maintain accurate operational records.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Prior experience in haulage, transportation, or logistics operations is preferred.
Willing to learn attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with transport management systems is an advantage.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
