Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily food stall operations to ensure excellent customer service, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies while managing staff training and handling customer feedback effectively.
Responsibilities
Engage confidently with customers, colleagues, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations and positive interactions
Inspect and maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet to meet company standards
Deliver training to staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with operational procedures
Apply company policies and procedures consistently in daily operations
Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality
Manage opening and closing processes to ensure operational readiness and security
Adapt quickly and think critically to solve problems in a fast-paced food stall environment
Demonstrate passion, energy, and professionalism in all work activities
Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve operational goals
Work night shifts and public holidays as required to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
Experience in a supervisory role managing food stall operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and customer engagement
Service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service attitude
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
