Job Overview:

1. Perform conversion at least 2 models of Pick & place handlers.

2. Setup test equipment within allocated time period without compromising quality.

3. Immediately report any quality/ major issues encountered to Module Leader for next course of action

1. Perform conversion at least 2 models of Pick & place handlers.

2. Setup test equipment within allocated time period without compromising quality.

3. Immediately report any quality/ major issues encountered to Module Leader for next course of action

1. Setup test equipment within the allocated time period that meet the mechanical & electrical first pass yield requirements.

2. Repair equipment failures with no impact on quality as well as mechanical & electrical yield loss during and after repair.

3. Complete every setup checklist, conversion checklist & intervention checklist for every setup/ downtimes.

4. Troubleshoot major failure, escalate to shift coordinator/ Engineer for major issues. Work with Engineers on online troubleshooting on major downtime.

5. Perform handler conversion based on the Productions requirements, min 4 models of handlers.

6. Quality issue investigation (package defect, etc).

7. Structured troubleshooting test setup issues such as load board/ socket, handler or tester related issues effectively.

8. Face to face handshake with incoming shift technicians for job or task takeover.
