Our esteemed client in the
M&E Engineering industry
is seeking a
Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)
to join their dynamic team:
Employment Type:
3 years contract
Position:
Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)
Location:
East (Nearest MRT: Paya Lebar)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Salary Package:
Up to $6,000 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Support pre-tender and tender activities, including cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation.
Assist with obtaining quotations, tender evaluation, and contract-related matters.
Monitor project budgets, costs, valuations, and payments.
Assist with assessing variations, claims, and commercial matters.
Support the team in identifying and managing contractual risks and disputes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for project and commercial activities.
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of related working experience. Inexperienced candidates with Electrical Engineering background are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick learner open to new technologies.
