Job Scope:
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Promote and sell the company's products and services to achieve sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on customer enquiries and sales orders.
Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent after-sales service and support.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to generate leads.
Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and update the company's CRM system.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the company's overall business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all sales activities.
