JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Process Engineering

Reports to: Section Manager Process Specialization 2 (PS2)

Functional Relationships with: Equipment Engineering, Yield Engineering, Production, Product Design, Procurement, QAQC

Position Profile:

Based in: Tuas, Singapore

Successful candidate will: In-charge and support assembly process related activities suc4h as process parameter optimization, root cause analysis, report making

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process Quality: Maintain process control for quality and yield, drive continuous improvement, and plan/evaluate engineering tests.

• Process Optimization: Analyze equipment/process parameters, identify root causes, and implement validated improvements.

• Project Management: Lead/support projects for new cell models, materials, processes and technologies, ensuring activities meet required schedules.

• Defect Analysis: Investigate process-related defects from production/customers and coordinate effective countermeasures.

• Documentation: Prepare, maintain and update process specifications, engineering reports, change-management and related documents.

• Other Responsibilities: Support CFTs, committees and other tasks/projects assigned by supervisor

Ability / Competency Required:

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of statistics, data analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
