岗位职责

  • Handles all related outbound shipments.
  • Establishes pre-alerts for all shipments and ensure shipment arrival at destination. Must be received before the start of our next working day.
  • Coordinates orders and schedules shipments with Supplier’s CSR to ensure all pending orders are ship in a timely manner (same day or next day). Will raise notice if shipment cannot meet requested shipping/delivery schedule.
  • Ensures all PODs are received and filed for each shipment. Will launch investigation and resolve any issues when POD is not received within seven (7) days.
  • Alerts Logistics staff should there be any outbound shipments discrepancy or delay
  • Investigates and resolves shipment complaints to find out the root cause and advise appropriate solution to resolve them.
  • Releases shipments to nominated transporter service provider based on Thermo Fisher Routing Guide. Need to verify and ensure that goods released are correct in terms of Quantity booked and to review “Ship To Address” and “Rush Label” versus Shipping Documents before cargo release
  • Once cargoes are collected, need to ensure that all documents are endorsed with Date, Signature & Company Stamp.
