Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily civil and structural construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Plan, monitor, and manage site progress to achieve project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to facilitate project coordination and resolve site issues.

Review construction drawings, technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain construction quality.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications, and statutory regulations.

Prepare progress reports, work schedules, site records, and other project documentation.

Support project planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managingmultiple priorities in a

fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with theability to lead cross-functional

teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,with the ability to

present technical information to non-technical audiences.

A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and safety requirements will be an advantage.
