Our client is a well-established insurance company, and they are working on varies projects. Hence, the team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work closely with Senior Project Manager and ensure the project progress and the quality of project deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Liaise with business partners on prioritizing project requests

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal parties

Assist the team head on resource forecast and project budgeting

Monitor and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget

Heavily involved in project activities and ensure the quality of delivery outcomes on timely basis

Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other business-related subjects

At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management

Solid life insurance knowledge will be an advantage

A proactive and detail-minded team-player with excellent interpersonal skills

Proven analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
