Dynamic and strong team player sought for this receptionist with therapy assistant job. Need not have background training for therapy assistant. Training can be provided. Require strong communication skills as job will require the answering of client enquiries and email booking enquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Assist therapists during therapy sessions
• Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment
• Monitor client progress and document observations
• Support administrative tasks related to client scheduling and records
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients
• Greet and assist clients courteously
• Manage appointment scheduling and administrative tasks
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Education:

• GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Required)
