The role

We are hiring a content marketer who makes ad creatives with AI. You will use Claude Code or Codex to generate images and videos for our clients' Meta campaigns, and we will judge your work by the results it brings.

Oblique is an integrated agency that runs branding, content, performance marketing and web development for its clients as one team. In this role you work closely with our AI-innovation and performance team. They will show you which ads are winning, and you turn that into new static ads, AI video ads and hook variants for the next round of testing.

What you'll do

• Turn creative briefs into batches of static ads and short AI video ads for Meta.
• Write prompts and build simple workflows in Claude Code or Codex that generate images, video, voiceover and captions.
• Make new hooks, angles and formats from our winning ads, so the performance team always has fresh creative to test.
• Read the Meta Ads results with the team each week, and use what sold to plan the next batch.
• Check every AI image for realism before anyone outside the team sees it, including hands, text, skin and product details.
• Keep prompts, references and final files organised on our shared Drive, so anyone on the team can reuse them.

What you bring

• At least two years of marketing experience, in an agency or an in-house brand team.
• You understand how Meta ads work: campaigns, ad sets, creative testing and the numbers that matter, such as CTR, CPA and ROAS.
• You have used Claude Code or Codex to make images or video, and you can show us what you made and how you made it.
• You learn new tools quickly and you enjoy it. AI tools change every month, and you want to be the first person on the team to try the new ones.
• You are motivated by results and by making money, for our clients and for yourself. When an ad you made sells, you want to know why. When it doesn't, you want to know that too.
• Your written and spoken English is clear. Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin helps, because many of our clients run ads in both.
• Experience with image and video models such as Nano Banana, Kling or Seedance, or with voice tools such as ElevenLabs, is a plus.
