  Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily production paperwork and administrative duties
• Update production records and reports
• Monitor workers' attendance, overtime and leave
• Assist with payroll calculation and processing
• Coordinate with production team on daily operations
• Perform general administrative duties
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior admin experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
• Basic payroll knowledge, including attendance and OT calculation
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
