ROLE OVERVIEW

The Assistant Manager, Finance assists in the Company’s budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. The role supports the preparation of group reporting, performs financial analysis, coordinates statutory audit-related activities, and assists in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the effective operation of the finance function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget and periodic financial forecast.
• Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts and investigate key variances.
• Coordinate and support the annual statutory audit process, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditors' queries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Support the preparation and timely submission of financial information and reports to the holding company.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, projects, and initiatives assigned by management.
