Responsibilities


Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
Replenish room amenities, linen, and supplies.
Ensure guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and work areas are clean and well-maintained.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
Report maintenance issues, room discrepancies, lost & found items, and safety concerns.
Handle guest belongings with care and maintain guest privacy and security.
Support room readiness, inventory checks, deep cleaning, and special housekeeping projects.
Follow hotel policies, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.


Requirements


Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
No experience required; housekeeping experience is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
