Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Property and Maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the upkeep of facilities across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inspections of premises to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards.
• Oversee and support daily operations and maintenance functions to maintain facility reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations related to property and facility management.
• Manage timely renewal of contracts and licenses to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
• Supervise contracts and monitor service delivery to ensure quality and adherence to agreements.
• Respond to facility feedback promptly and coordinate follow-up actions to resolve issues effectively.
• Manage repair, renovation, fit-out works, including preparing and reviewing quotations, reports, and processing payments.
• Maintain and update property-related contracts, documentation, and technical drawings for accurate records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support property and maintenance operations.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or property management.
• Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with multiple contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Skills in planning, organizing, and supervising scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance works.
• Technical knowledge of facilities-related work to support maintenance and repair activities.
