Major responsibilities

Work at our front office to provide customer services and clerical support

Responsible for reception works, events and facilities bookings and enquiry handling

Provision of support for events organization

Production of promotional posters and leaflet

5 day work, shift duty required

9 hours work usually in between 9:00am to 9:00pm
Requirements

Form 5 or above

Relevant experience gained in private clubs or hotels is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge in Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator will be a plus

Courteous, good manner with strong sense of responsibility

Immediate availability is preferred
