As a Support specialist, you will be immersed in real life production systems, that shape and devise the future of capital markets IT. Unleash your creativity, collaborate with industry leaders, and drive innovation that sets new standards. You will have the support and guidance of identified subject matter experts, dedicated communities, as well as established leaders.
You will be working on Treasury/ALM applications and taking care of day-to-day BAU operations (L1/L2) of multiple apps. You will be closely associated with business and be a contact point to provide functional and technical support on Kondor+ platform as well as other in-house developed systems serving TSY and ALM operations. You will also liaise with business analysis and development teams to plan and manage priorities, highlight blockers and critical issues.
You will also be instrumental in optimizing the current procedures, ensure system resiliency with strong focus on continuous improvement. Provide support and mentor junior staff. Align yourself with bank’s initiatives and strategies.

Provide functional and technical expertise on KONDOR+, Orchestrade and other in-house bank applications.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Must be able to mentor new/junior resources, impart knowledge and collaborate effectively within TSY and whole CMI.
Self-motivated and starter with demonstrated ability to lead initiatives explore latest market standards and tools to gain time and cost efficiency.
Flexibility to accept additional responsibilities and be able to multi-task.
The Support analyst should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service.
Must be flexible to participate in post business hours activities such as but not limited to overnight on-calls, weekend interventions, DRP, releases and other application activities that can be performed only outside the business duration/weekends.
Skills
Must have
Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
3+ years of experience and strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application, Orchestrade or another treasury FO system in Capital Markets
ITIL certification/knowledge.
Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
Risk analysis and project execution
Strong knowledge in Configuration Management
Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Careful observance of standards and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical or troubleshooting skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Autonomous, self-motivated and excellent team player
Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
Self-starter and ambitious
Nice to have
Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage
Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso…) is an advantage
Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage
Knowledge of C# / .NET an advantage
Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage
