We are looking for an energetic sale/ project coordinator to join our professional leading grouting team!
Job Highlights
SGD 2000 - SGD 3000 based on experience
Renovation Trade
VB / AWS 13 months
Medical / Dental benefits
Job Description
Coordinate daily project schedules, manpower and work arrangements
Liaise with customers, sales team and on-site specialists via WhatsApp & onsite
Monitor project progress, follow up on outstanding matters and provide timely updates
Assist with project documentation, scheduling changes and after-service arrangements
Work closely with the operations team to ensure projects are completed smoothly
Responsibilities
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to work under pressure, multitask and handle daily scheduling changes.
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Coordination work, planning, and monitoring of daily project site
Organized, hands-on, willing to learn, and be proactive
Able to communicate and coordinate well with different parties and follow-up effectively
Handle communication and issues with clients/ service recovery
Check system update and team daily
Able to identify project risks / issue and propose solutions
Qualifications
+ We are open to renovation/customer service /site management experience!
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks
+ Valid Driving license preferred
+ Renovation/ customser service/ site/ ID experience preferred
