Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.

• Verify order details, product availability, pricing, customer information and delivery requirements.

• Monitor order status and update records in the Order Management System.

• Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, escalating complex issues when necessary.

• Liaise with external delivery providers and coordinate urgent or special delivery requests.

• Support inventory reconciliation, order verification and general administrative duties.

• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Participate in cross-functional training and provide operational support during peak periods.
  

Requirements

• Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to manage orders accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties.
• Willingness to undergo cross-functional training in order processing, logistics and warehouse operations.
