Company Description Khor Khye Hing Constructions Sdn Bhd (KKH) is a Penang-based civil and infrastructure contractor with over 50 years of industry experience. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Penang, Malaysia. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), assist in tender preparation, and support cost estimation for civil and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project budgets, implementing cost control measures, and preparing regular cost reports for management and clients. The role also involves evaluating contractor and supplier quotations, supporting contract administration, and collaborating with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate measurement, valuation, and documentation of work done.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in BOQ preparation and measurement, with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
• Demonstrated experience in cost planning and cost management for civil and infrastructure projects.
• Skills in cost control and cost reporting to track project expenditure and support financial decision-making.
• Relevant academic qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying or estimating software.
