Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the HR department by assisting with daily operations, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment processes. This position requires close collaboration with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR functions, including onboarding, employee inquiries, and compliance with policies. The HR Assistant will also help with payroll processing and benefits administration, making accurate reporting and effective communication essential for success in this role.

JobDescription

• Maintain employee E-files, HR databases, and employment records.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation and verification.
• Monitor and maintain employee leave, attendance, and medical records.
• Assist with recruitment coordination and interview arrangements.
• Monitor employee probation periods and confirmation processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and related documentation.
• Assist with employee benefits, medical claims, and insurance administration.
• Attend to general employee enquiries and HR administrative matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.
• Other HR tasks assigned by HR Manager

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of HR experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information
