Education:Minimum SPM (with 1 year of experience), Certificate, Diploma, or Degree holders.

Experience: No prior working experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Language Proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred), English (Average).

Work Arrangement: Willing and able to work on rotational shifts (Day & Night including PH) and report to work in Bangsar.

Availability: Able to start immediately.

Gather accurate information from customers to fulfill their requirements and update the internal systems correctly.

Respond to standard product queries using accessible system resources and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

To act as the first point of contact for callers by handling incoming calls efficiently, assessing situations rapidly, and providing prompt assistance in accordance with established practices and standard operating procedures.

Strictly adhere to the guidelines, protocols, and standard operating procedures during every call.
