We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our construction, interior fit-out and manpower solutions in Singapore and the region.

Job Description

- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market share

- Identify, approach and secure new clients, including main contractors, developers and corporate clients

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders

- Prepare proposals, quotations and tenders; negotiate and close contracts

- Explore new business opportunities, partnerships and overseas markets, including China and Southeast Asia

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

- Work closely with operations, design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction

- Report business performance, pipeline and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

- Degree in Business, Engineering, Building/Construction or related field

- At least 8 years of business development or sales experience, including 3 years in a managerial role

- Experience in construction, interior design, engineering or B2B services is preferred

- Proven track record in securing large contracts and achieving revenue targets

- Strong network with contractors, developers or corporate clients in Singapore is an advantage

- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills

- Able to lead and work independently in a fast-paced environment
