Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop customers in the cattle, dairy, livestock, farm industry, and veterinary sectors.
• Introduce our solution for animal hormone and reproductive products to suitable customers.
• Visit farms, veterinary practices, and related organisations, and understand customer needs, herd reproduction challenges, and farm operations.
• Coordinate with our principal's technical team and qualified veterinary professionals when technical support is required.
• Arrange product presentations, farm discussions, demonstrations, and approved field trials.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, sales forecasts, and customer visit reports.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, trials, repeat orders, and customer feedback.
• Build long term relationships with farm owners, veterinarians, farm managers, distributors, and government-related organisations.
• Monitor competitor products, market prices, customer needs, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with the administration, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Support payment follow-up and resolve customer service issues professionally.
• Achieve agreed sales, customer development, and market expansion targets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of cattle reproduction, herd management, artificial insemination, or animal-health products is preferred.
• Experience in technical sales, livestock, dairy, veterinary products, animal health, or agricultural products is an advantage.
• Existing contacts with cattle farms, dairy farms, veterinarians, distributors, or agricultural organisations are an advantage.
• Able to explain technical information in simple and practical language; strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel for farm and customer visits.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible for developing sales of animal hormone and reproductive products to cattle farms, dairy farms, livestock businesses, veterinary professionals, and agricultural organisations by identifying customers, conducting farm visits and demonstrations, coordinating technical support, and achieving sales and market expansion targets.
