Job Summary

• Responsible for planning, executing and optimizing the company's digital marketing strategies toincrease website traffic, online visibility, customer engagement and lead generation.
• Manage the company's website, SEO performance, digital advertising, email marketing and social media platforms.
• Monitor digital marketing performance through analytics and continuously improve campaigneffectiveness to achieve the mall's marketing objectives.
• Support branding, events, promotions and customer acquisition through integrated digital marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibility

A. SEO & Website Management

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization including meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking and image optimization.
• Monitor website health and recommend technical SEO improvements.
• Work closely with website vendors to improve website performance, loading speed, mobile responsiveness and user experience.
• Publish and update website content according to SEO best practices.
• Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and recommend improvement strategies.

B. Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Create landing page strategies that improve traffic conversion.
• Monitor website traffic, user behaviour and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Produce monthly digital marketing reports with actionable recommendations.
• Support lead generation campaigns and online customer acquisition.

C. Social Media & Content Marketing

• Plan and manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other social platforms.
• Work with the Creative team to develop engaging digital content.
• Monitor social media engagement and recommend improvement strategies.
• Coordinate influencer and KOL collaborations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

D. Email Marketing & CRM

• Plan and execute EDM campaigns.
• Manage customer database segmentation.
• Monitor open rate, click-through rate and conversion performance.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign analytics.

E. Marketing Support

• Support marketing campaigns, festive events, roadshows, CSR programmes and tenant promotions through digital channels.
• Coordinate digital promotional activities with tenants and business partners.
• Assist in photography, videography and livestream activities whenever required.
• Respond to customer enquiries received via digital platforms.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Position Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in retail, shopping mall, agency or e-commerce industry. Proven experience in managing SEO projects and digital advertising campaigns. Ability to lead the team to achieve the company’s goal.
• Skills / Competencies: Strong understanding of SEO. Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Meta Ads. Ability to analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin (added advantage).

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
