We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Agent with a strong background in the logistics industry to join our team in Kuala Lumpur!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries related to shipments, deliveries, and logistics services.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with logistics teams, transport providers, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update information in logistics systems.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Supply Chain Operations.
• Previous experience in customer service within the logistics industry is mandatory.
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
