• Registered Architect (HKIA) with min 3 years post-qualification experience;
  
• Relevant work experience in Hong Kong Housing Authority, local projects includes Residential, Hotel, Office, Fitting-Out works, etc;
• Well-trained of project administration and coordination amongst disciplines, and professional knowledge of local building regulations, preparation of sketch design, general building plans,tender / construction drawings, tender documents preparation; and
• Proficient in BIM(Revit), AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up or other 3D Rendering Software, and as well as other graphic presentation softwares is preferred.
