岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with business leaders to understand business needs and provide HR support aligned with organisational goals.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention.
Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures.
Assist with recruitment activities and candidate management when required.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
Drive HR initiatives to improve operational efficiency, employee development and overall team performance.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports to monitor workforce trends and key HR metrics.
Support HR projects and ad hoc assignments as required by the business.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner or generalist HR experience.
Experience partnering with business leaders across various functions and seniority levels.
Experience supporting a technology company is preferred.
Experience developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
