Job Description Summary

Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

Job Description

• Lead the construction of new data centers and upgrades to existing facilities.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Ensure all construction activities align with project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
• Review and approve contractor and supplier invoices.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project integrity.
