岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Service & Registration
Register patients and update their personal details accurately in the system.
Handle patient appointments, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Check patients' eligibility for subsidies, insurance, and financial assistance schemes.
Attend to enquiries from patients and visitors through the counter, phone, or online channels.
Guide patients on clinic procedures, waiting times, and the next steps of their visit.
Billing & Payment Support
Prepare bills and explain payment options, subsidies, and insurance claims to patients.
Process payments and assist with basic billing enquiries or discrepancies.
Refer complex billing matters to the relevant finance team when necessary.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital system.
Manage queues and support smooth patient flow across different service areas.
Work closely with healthcare teams to support daily clinic or hospital operations.
Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE N/O Level
