1. Leadership & Team Management
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage retail teams
Staff training, performance management, and conflict resolution
Workforce planning and scheduling
2. Sales & Business Development
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics
Upselling, cross-selling, and promotional planning
3. Operations Management
Expertise in daily store operations and process improvement
Ability to manage multiple outlets efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
4. Customer Service Excellence
Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills
Ability to resolve complaints professionally
Focus on customer satisfaction and retention
5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Stock control, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
Minimizing shrinkage, wastage, and stock discrepancies
Vendor and supplier coordination
6. Financial Management
Budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization
Sales analysis and financial reporting
Understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss)
7. Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to interact with staff, customers, and management
Negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Quick decision-making and issue resolution

9. Visual Merchandising
Knowledge of product display and store layout optimization
Ability to enhance customer experience through presentation

Understanding of workplace safety and retail regulations
Knowledge of Singapore MOM guidelines (for EP roles)
Ensuring company policy compliance

POS (Point of Sale) systems
Inventory management software
