This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading consumer goods organisation with an illustrious heritage. To support evolving business dynamics, the organisation is looking for a seasoned CFO to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO and managing a sizable team of qualified professionals, you will be an integral member of the senior leadership team and provide sound financial counsel in support of strategic decision making and business performance. You will participate actively in new capital investments, to drive business growth and diversify portfolio. In addition, you will lead the Finance operations, championing strong governance and controls, and best-in-class processes to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

This is a pipeline hire and the shortlisted candidate will be expected to commence work in Q2, 2027.

Requirements

You are a qualified CA with 20+ years of experience, ideally gained in the FMCG space. Prior track record across regional and market CFO capacities would be highly valued. You are a strategic business partner with strong foundation in Finance operations and transformation. To succeed in this role, you will be described as agile, resourceful and commercial.
