Summary

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The F&B Service Captain / Team Leader is responsible for:

• Serving Food & Beverage to guests.
• Attending to guests' enquiries, taking necessary actions to anticipate their needs and ensure that they have a positive dining experience by exceeding their expectations.
• Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining restaurant's cleanliness and outlook at all times.
• Assist the team to prepare and set-up restaurant for food service.
  
  

Minimum with GCE 'O' Level. Candidates with a hospitality certificate/diploma is an advantage.

Minimum 6 Months Work Experience In Hotel Operations.

Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
