• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role (preferably in hospitality/hotel management).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage staff and resolve guest concerns.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations (e.g., fire safety, emergency protocols).

• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Operations Management:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.

• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance as needed.

• Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.

• Handle emergencies and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Customer Service:

• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by addressing complaints and concerns professionally.

• Ensure guests receive excellent service and a positive experience.

• Handle VIP guests and special requests.

Staff Management:

• Lead and motivate staff to maintain productivity and morale.

• Conduct briefings and provide necessary training.

• Assist in shift scheduling and workforce management.

Financial & Administrative Duties:

• Oversee cash handling and ensure proper financial procedures are followed.

• Maintain reports on daily activities, incidents, and operational challenges.

• Assist in budgeting and cost control when necessary.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.

• Handle emergency situations, such as fire safety, first aid, or security incidents.
