Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in building construction/architectural works.

Experience in JKR/Government or Design & Build projects is an advantage.

Good knowledge of architectural drawings, finishing works and site coordination.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Able to work independently and be based full-time at Bera, Pahang.

Coordinate and monitor architectural works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

Review architectural/shop drawings and coordinate with Structural, M&E, consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

Monitor architectural finishing works, workmanship, defects and rectification works.

Coordinate material/sample submissions, RFIs, inspections and consultant approvals.

Monitor subcontractor progress, manpower and material requirements.

Assist in architectural inspections, defect closing, as-built drawings and project handover.
