Job Responsibilities
Receive, check, and record incoming goods.
Check quantities and ensure goods are in good condition.
Store and arrange goods properly in the warehouse.
Pick and issue goods according to requests or orders.
Update stock records and inventory systems.
Perform regular stock checks and stocktaking.
Monitor stock levels and report low or missing stock.
Prepare delivery, transfer, and return documents.
Ensure goods are properly labelled and stored.
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
Coordinate with purchasing, production, sales, and other departments.
Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum
GCE N/O Level or equivalent
.
Min 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP/WMS or inventory systems is an advantage.
Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to work overtime when required.
