岗位职责
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and ensure compliance with the WSH Act and all related statutory legal legislations to maintain workplace safety.
Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and take corrective actions; prepare detailed inspection reports for project team follow-up.
Investigate accidents and incidents, produce comprehensive reports, and recommend effective remedial actions to prevent recurrence.
Deliver in-house safety training sessions and lead daily toolbox meetings to promote safety awareness among workers.
Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate safety hazards on site proactively.
Collaborate closely with Workplace Safety and Health Officers (WSHO) and safety personnel to uphold compliance standards.
Apply for and manage permits to work prior to commencement of tasks to ensure authorized and safe operations.
Participate actively in mass safety talks and safety promotion activities to foster a culture of safety.
Required competencies and certifications
WSQ in Workplace Safety and Health.
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to present a professional image and act in the best interests of the Company.
Availability to start work immediately or within short notice.
