Looking to build your experience in data and administration? Join a team where you’ll work with survey data, Excel and basic system testing while gaining practical experience in day-to-day operations.

Nearest MRT: City Hall
Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm | Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Up to $3,000/month
Contract Duration: 11 months

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and track survey forms and follow up with respondents when needed.
• Clarify information with respondents and ensure data is accurately captured.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Support basic system testing and prepare Excel files for data collection.
• Update data records and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level, or Diploma with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word and Edge.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with respondents over the phone.
• Mathematics-related background or prior data-handling experience will be useful.
