Job Summary

You will perform reception duties including assisting visitors and contractors, supporting pupils with basic first-aid and uniform needs, and managing early dismissal forms in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and vendors promptly and courteously
• Provide walk-in pupils with simple, non-life-threatening first-aid support at the sickbay and escalate serious cases to office staff immediately
• Manage pupil incidents such as vomiting and soiled clothes by arranging uniform loans and performing minor repairs like sewing buttons
• Print and distribute Early Dismissal Forms to parents accurately and timely

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English
• At least two years of receptionist experience
• Experience working in a school environment
