REQUIREMENTS 

•   At least 5 years of F&B working experience as a Manager. 

•   Have experience of managing a team of staff. 

•   Able to converse in English and Malay. 

•   Helpful and a team player. 

•   Meticulous and details oriented. 

OUTLET MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

•   Overall outlet operations management and supervision. 

•   Responsible for recruitment for both FOH & BOH staff. 

•   Develop training modules that are aligned with company’s direction. 

•   Assist in operational SOPs development and as the key person to execute the approved SOPs by the management. 

•   Gatekeeper of all approved SOPs and to train staff to adhere to it. 

•   Undertake the responsibility as POS Superuser and to provide training to staff. 

•   Oversee daily ordering and supply management. 

•   Oversee outlet level operations for both FOH & BOH and to assist in it during peak hours. 

•   Ensure all sales and collection are accurate. Ensure all collections are tally at the end of shift. 

•   Solve all operational issue/problems. 

•   Build rapport with customers. 

•   Provide daily reports as required by the Management. 

•   Assist in other tasks as required by the Management.
