职位描述

岗位职责

This is a 1 year contract

Be part of MammoXpress, Parkway Radiology's mobile mammography service bringing breast screening directly into workplaces and communities across Singapore. We are looking for an energetic, organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys meeting people, working in different environments and making things happen on the ground. This is a frontline operations and customer experience role - not a typical desk-based administrative position.

Key accountabilities

  • Be the face of MammoXpress - welcome participants, manage on-site registration and appointments, answer queries, guide patients through the screening journey and maintain a smooth, reassuring patient flow.
  • Support deployments islandwide - participate in site recces; coordinate event set-up, logistics and deployment of the mobile mammography bus; anticipate issues and help solve them quickly.
  • Coordinate with partners - liaise professionally with corporate offices, specialist clinics, community and charitable organisations such as Breast Cancer Foundation, and internal partners including Parkway Shenton.
  • Keep operations organised - coordinate screening schedules, communication channels, records, billing/cashiering where required, supplies and post-event follow-up.
  • Protect patient confidentiality - handle personal and medical information with discretion and in accordance with privacy and radiology safety requirements.
  • Support the wider team - MammoXpress remains the core scope, with occasional deployment to Medi-Rad outpatient radiology clinics when operational needs arise.

Qualifications & Experience

Who We're Looking For

  • Customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, events, aviation, front-of-house operations or similar roles. Healthcare experience is not required.
  • Energetic, approachable and genuinely customer-centric, with confident and professional communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, stay organised and remain calm in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Takes initiative, solves problems on the ground and works well with colleagues and external partners.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems; mindful of privacy, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexible to work at different locations across Singapore and on weekends when MammoXpress events require it.

Qualifications & Working Arrangements

  • Minimum N Level or equivalent. Training will be provided.
  • 1-year contract | Primary assignment: MammoXpress | Islandwide deployment depending on event schedule.
  • 5.5-day work week, with flexibility for weekend events depending on the deployment schedule.
