Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including cargo handling and container stuffing and unstuffing.

• Ensure proper cargo storage, labeling, stacking, and stock rotation.

• Conduct stock checks, inventory reconciliation, and customer stock audits.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.

• Operate forklifts safely and perform equipment checks.

• Coordinate with internal departments, transporters, contractors, and customers.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.

• Report cargo discrepancies, damages, and operational issues promptly.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Possess valid forklift operator’s license.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and email communication.

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and container handling.

• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
