Job Summary

Lead and coordinate lift project management activities, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and continuous improvement of project execution and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct lift projects by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and liaising with clients and consultants to ensure progress aligns with project timelines

Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and accountability

Coordinate with the drafting department to prepare, submit, and obtain approval for shop and as-built drawings

Liaise with client representatives on site matters and participate in site meetings as required to resolve issues and maintain project flow

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to optimize resource utilization and project efficiency

Conduct project post-mortem analyses and produce recommendation reports to identify successful elements and areas for improvement

Identify potential project risks and problems, implementing solutions to enhance project and program effectiveness

Develop and implement best practices and tools to improve project execution and management processes

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 8 years’ experience in lift project management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering

Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination

Problem-solving skills applied to identify and resolve project challenges proactively

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and initiative
