Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor car park equipment to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and identify equipment faults (e.g. barriers, payment terminals, machines), and escalate to the supervisor when needed.
• Handle customer payments accurately and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor and manage vehicle flow to ensure orderly entry and exit.
• Report any suspicious activity, illegal parking, or operational irregularities to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks when required based on operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Possess at least an SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic technical knowledge in mechatronic, mechanical or electrical systems is an added advantage.
• Past working experience as a cashier or in customer service is an added advantage.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to handle cash accurately.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
